High Volume or Bulk Document Scanning

Using our sophisticated array of Kodak and Bell & Howell high speed duplex scanners we can scan 5 Lacs of pages per day into most EDM system formats. In fact we have a half million A4/A3 sized double sided document scan per day project’s successful completion already under our hat. We can scan anything from the smallest microfilm up to the largest color large format drawings

Our microfilm scanning section has 4 scanners which can handle 16mm, 35mm, Aperture cards, microfiche, COM, X-Rays, 3M Cartridges, negatives, transparencies and even full plate color films.
Our Sunrise and Aztek film scanners offer the best quality images available from ANY scanners worldwide.

Quality Control is a Priority!

We operate a number of different scanners from Bell & Howell and Kodak giving us a throughput of many hundreds of thousands of pages a day. All documents can be scanned to our externally audited Quality Assurance procedures and we also follow UK’s the BS DISC PD0008 recommendations for the 'Legal admissibility of scanned information'.

A Range of Collection Services

Although we have onsite service providing at per actual costs, we can collect your documents direct from your office anywhere in the World and once scanned we can even securely shred them, under complete video footage if required supplying an appropriate security certificate as proof.

Free Document Management Software

Once scanned we can return the documents on CD-ROM in any file type document search/viewing database. The online version having mysql database provides that documents can then be searched online on a number of user definable fields which means a single document can be located and viewed in under a second. A complimentary upload on our web servers for 3 months is also provided to enable you to take final upload decisions.
We also have extensive experience in scanning documents into other EDM systems such as Documentum, Filenet, Microsoft Sharepoint and other systems thereby enabling you to outsource your high volume scanning requirements where in-house resources perhaps cannot cope.
